We sell services in the field of leisure activities.
According to § 312g paragraph 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), these services are excluded from refunds and exchanges.
This means that there is no right of withdrawal for tickets purchased via our online presence.

Cancellation or modification of a booked live escape room is only possible up to 48 hours before the start of the game. For bookings of two or more game rooms, cancellation must be made at least seven days in advance. If these deadlines are exceeded, Escape Time Erlangen is entitled to charge cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the game price by issuing a so-called “no-show” invoice, which is due for immediate payment. In the event of a timely cancellation (for bookings that have already been paid), the customer will receive the full amount refunded in the form of a voucher.

Cancellations and rebookings must be made in text form. An email to info@escapetime-erlangen.de is sufficient.
